Procurement of 11 KV Steel Cross Arm for D-Fitting Mounting as per NTDC Specification DDS-68:2004

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 2000 Nos of 11 KV Steel Cross Arm for D-Fitting Mounting as per NTDC Specification DDS-68:2004 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. Loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 2000 Nos 11 KV Steel Cross Arm for D-Fitting Mounting The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC Specification DDS-68:2004 (Amended to date). Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is mandatory, and if not available, the successful bidder must obtain it before mass production at their own cost. The delivery schedule mandates 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, prototype approval, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, and relevant experience with at least two completed contracts for similar items in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 286,800 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 100 days. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026, with the original bid security physically submitted to SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:45 PM via EPADS. Manual bid submissions are not accepted. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with fixed prices in PKR. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price within 7 days of the Letter of Intent. Warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply completion.
