Procurement of 1500 Nos HT Steel Structure 45 Feet Long as per NTDC Specification DDS-78:2008

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 1500 Nos HT Steel Structures 45 Feet Long as per NTDC Specification No DDS-78:2008 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 1500 Nos HT Steel Structure 45 Feet Long as per NTDC Specification DDS-78:2008 The technical scope requires compliance with the latest amended NTDC specifications and relevant IEC standards. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is mandatory, and if not available, must be obtained before mass production at the bidder's own cost. The delivery schedule is 50% quantity within 90 days or earlier and the remaining 50% from 91st to 120th days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category, prototype approval, valid FBR registration with active taxpayer status, and proven experience with at least two contracts for HT/LT structures in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 6,651,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 with the original bid security hard copy submitted to SEPCO Head Office before the deadline. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 14, 2026, at 11:45 AM. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with fixed prices in PKR. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract price within 7 days of the Letter of Intent issuance.
