Procurement of 900 Nos LT Steel Structure 30'.8'' Feet Long as per NTDC Specification DDS-78:2008

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 900 Nos LT Steel Structures, each 30'.8'' feet long, as per NTDC Specification No. DDS-78:2008 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 900 Nos LT Steel Structure 30'.8'' Feet Long as per NTDC Specification DDS-78:2008 The technical scope includes supply of LT steel structures manufactured strictly according to the amended NTDC specification DDS-78:2008. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is required within the last three years or must be obtained before mass production at the bidder's own cost. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and jointly by SEPCO and PPMC representatives. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of completion of supply, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods including transportation costs during warranty claims. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be pre-qualified/registered suppliers or manufacturers with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category, registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts for similar HT/LT structures in the last five years and demonstrate adequate manufacturing capacity. Joint ventures of up to three members are allowed. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM via EPADS. Manual bid submissions are not accepted. A fixed bid security of Rs. 925,533 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Performance security of 5% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Payment will be made in PKR within 30 days of invoice submission and acceptance. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, and register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
