Procurement of 5000 Nos HT Steel Structure 34'.8'' Feet Long as per NTDC Specification No. DDS-78:2008 (Amended to Date)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers for the procurement of 5000 Nos HT Steel Structures, each 34'.8'' feet long, conforming to NTDC Specification No. DDS-78:2008 (Amended to Date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. Loading and unloading of goods at the consignee stores shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 5000 Nos HT Steel Structure 34'.8'' Feet Long The technical scope includes manufacturing according to the latest amended NTDC specifications and IEC standards, with prototype approval required from NTDC/PPMC Lahore. The supplier must provide complete technical details, drawings, and comply with all quality and inspection requirements. Joint inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and SEPCO representatives. Inspection fees and all related expenses shall be borne by the supplier. Visual inspection and final acceptance will be done by SEPCO Material Inspection Committee. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, prototype approval, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, financial capacity supported by audited statements for the last three years, and relevant experience with at least two completed contracts for HT/LT structures in the last five years. New entrants must provide educational or regular purchase orders with satisfactory performance certificates. The delivery schedule requires 50% quantity within 90 days or earlier and the remaining 50% from 91st to 120th days or earlier from the date of purchase order. The bid security amount is Rs. 9,345,000 in PKR, valid for 128 days. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026, with hard copy of bid security submitted physically before the deadline. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice submission and acceptance, in PKR, including applicable taxes. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of completion of supply, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 90 days of notification at their own cost including transportation.
