Procurement of 200 KVA Distribution Transformers as per NTDC Specification DDS-84:2020

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 200 KVA Distribution Transformers as per NTDC Specification DDS-84:2020 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the transformers will be supplied on Free Consignee Stores (FCS) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 200 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers (200 Nos) The transformers must comply with the technical specifications outlined in NTDC Specification DDS-84:2020 and relevant IEC standards. Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered suppliers or manufacturers with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and hold valid prototype approval for the subject material. The delivery schedule requires 50% of the quantity within 60 days or earlier and the remaining 50% from 61 to 90 days or earlier. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, active taxpayer status, financial capacity supported by audited financial statements for the last three years, and relevant experience with at least two contracts for distribution transformers in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 4,710,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026. Hard copies of the bid security must be submitted physically to SEPCO Head Office, Admin Block, Old Thermal Power Station, Sukkur before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
