Procurement of Meter Security Box A-Type 200/5 Amps

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 500 units of Meter Security Box A-Type 200/5 Amps as per NTDC Specification DDS-58:2001 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on Free Consignee Stores (FCS) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The supplier will be responsible for loading and unloading of the goods. Items being procured: - Meter Security Box A-Type 200/5 Amps (Quantity: 500 Nos) The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC Specification DDS-58:2001 (Amended to date). Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered suppliers or manufacturers with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and hold valid prototype approval for the subject material. Registration with FBR and active taxpayer status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. The delivery schedule requires 100% delivery within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Bidders must submit a fixed bid security of Rs. 637,500 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 100 days. Manual bids are not accepted; all bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0, with the original bid security submitted physically to SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur before the deadline. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders must provide complete technical details, valid registrations, financial statements for the last three years, evidence of past experience, and other mandatory documents as specified in the bidding documents. The contract includes a warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply completion, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 90 days of notification at their own cost. Bids will be opened on October 14, 2026, at 1:45 PM via EPADS. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
