Procurement of P.G Connector T-110, T-150, D-Shackle Assembly and Dead-End Clamp (Rabbit & Dog)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of P.G Connector T-110, P.G Connector T-150, D-Shackle Assembly, and Dead-End Clamp (Rabbit & Dog) as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be supplied on FCS basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. Items being procured: - P.G Connector T-110 (10,000 Nos) - P.G Connector T-150 (5,000 Nos) - D-Shackle Assembly (10,000 Nos) - Dead End Clamp (Rabbit & Dog) (10,000 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of goods conforming to NTDC specifications P-25:67 (amended to date) for P.G Connectors, PD-68:70 for D-Shackle Assembly, and PD-73:2004 for Dead End Clamp. All items must meet the latest standards and pass inspection and testing as per contract requirements. Delivery is required 100% within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered with SEPCO/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in relevant categories and hold valid prototype approvals where applicable. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, financial capacity demonstrated by audited statements for last three years, and satisfactory past performance with SEPCO or other DISCOs. Joint ventures up to three members are allowed. Bid security is required in PKR as per specified amounts for each item. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by October 15, 2026, 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:45 AM. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on least cost basis. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required from successful bidder within 7 days of LOI issuance.
