Procurement of 20000 Nos Earthing Unit 10 Feet as per NTDC Specification P-111:76

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 20000 Nos Earthing Unit 10 Feet as per NTDC Specification No P-111:76 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS basis (Free Consignee Stores) at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - Earthing Unit 10 Feet (Quantity: 20000 Nos) as per NTDC Specification P-111:76 (Amended to date) The technical scope requires compliance with NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA/SEPCO specifications and relevant IEC standards. The supplier must provide complete technical details, technical schedules, and drawings demonstrating compliance. The delivery schedule mandates 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Eligibility criteria include valid prequalification/registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, prototype approval for the material, valid FBR registration with active taxpayer status, and proven experience with at least two contracts for similar items in the last five years. Joint ventures of up to three members are allowed. Bid security of Rs. 736,200 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Hard copy of the bid security must be submitted physically to SEPCO Head Office, Admin Block, Old Thermal Power Station, Sukkur before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not entertained. The contract will be awarded on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required within 7 days of Letter of Intent issuance. Warranty period is 12 months from completion of supply. The supplier is responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 90 days of notification at their own cost including transportation.
