Procurement of 50 Double Axle Trolleys for 200 KVA Stand By Transformer as per NTDC Specification DD-PD-22:2007

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 50 Double Axle Trolleys for 200 KVA Stand By Transformers as per NTDC Specification DD-PD-22:2007 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the delivery is required on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 50 Double Axle Trolleys for 200 KVA Stand By Transformers The technical specifications conform to NTDC Specification DD-PD-22:2007 amended to date. The supplier must ensure compliance with all technical and quality standards, including prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC if applicable. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and jointly by SEPCO and PPMC representatives. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply completion, with the supplier responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 90 days of notification, including transportation costs. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, financial capacity demonstrated by audited statements for the last three years, and relevant experience with at least two completed contracts for similar items in the last five years. Joint ventures of up to three members are allowed. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM PKT. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM PKT on EPADS. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security of Rs. 742,179 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required, valid for 128 days. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required from the successful bidder. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure timely submission of all required documents, and register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
