Procurement of Aluminum Ladders

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Aluminum Ladders as detailed in Annex A The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEMs if applicable, judicial certificates worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or debarment, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 06 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids should be submitted as per instructions in the tender documents.
