Procurement of Civil Works for Repair and Maintenance at Post Office Buildings in Rawalpindi and Murree

The Directorate General, Pakistan Post, through the Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works related to repair and maintenance of post office buildings located in Rawalpindi and Murree. Items being procured include: - Repair and maintenance of Post Office Building at Pindi Point Post Office Murree - Repair and maintenance of House No. 43A (First Floor) Nagi Road, Westridge Rawalpindi - Installation of exhaust fans (3 units) at Northern Punjab Circle, Rawalpindi The scope covers various civil works such as scraping, rubbing, cleaning, application of primer and paint coats, dismantling of cement tiled floors, plastering, masonry, installation of tiles, windows, doors, sanitary fittings, plumbing with PPRC pipes, electrical fittings including ceiling fans, wall bracket fans, and exhaust fans, and disposal of surplus excavated material. The works will be carried out in accordance with the Pak PWD Schedule of Rates 2022. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), PEC, and Registrar of Firms as applicable.
