Procurement of Engineering Equipment FY-2026/27

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of engineering equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope process as per PPRA regulations. Items being procured: - Quad Copter (Pay Load Capacity – 4 to 6 Kgs) - Quad Copter (Surveillance) - Quad Copter (Pay Load Capacity – 35 to 40 Kgs) - Hand Held Drone Detector The procurement is intended for the Central Ordnance Depot located at Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation. The tender closing date is 30 September 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening scheduled at 1100 hours on the same day in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi. Complete IT documents can be obtained from the Local Purchase Office, COD Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi, on any working day between 0830 and 1530 hours.
