Procurement and Installation of 03 X Smart LEDs

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and active on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement involves the supply and installation of 03 Smart LEDs with the reference P91771 E-Pads v2.0. Items being procured: - 03 X Smart LEDs The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation based on LCBS in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by NADRA. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee. The original bid security must be submitted on or before Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/91771. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
