Procurement of IT Equipment for Airspace Management Lab, Operation Directorate by Pakistan Airports Authority Karachi

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment for the Airspace Management Lab, Operation Directorate, located at Logistics APS Branch, Logistics Centre (South), Karachi. Delivery is expected within 90 days of contract award at the Logistics Centre (South), Karachi. Bidders must provide a bid security as specified, in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee, submitted physically before the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract price. Eligibility criteria include active registration on the FBR Active Taxpayer List with 100% compliance for Income and Sales Tax. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis, with the contract awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all technical requirements.
