Procurement of Stationery Items for Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab Lahore

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab Pvt. Ltd. (ECSP) Lahore invites bids from registered suppliers, firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers for the procurement of stationery items. This procurement is intended to be conducted on a framework basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery Items The scope includes the supply of various stationery items required by ECSP at their Head Office located at 83 A/E-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Block E 1 Gulberg III, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with encrypted e-bids submission. Eligible bidders should have valid registration with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Experience in supplying stationery items to government or reputed private organizations will be advantageous. A bid security of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of CDR is mandatory and must be delivered to the ECSP Head Office before bid opening. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ECSP Head Office. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual or courier submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
