Procurement, Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners at NBP Call Center Gulberg Green Islamabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, and installation of air conditioners at the NBP Call Center located in Gulberg Green, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Items being procured: - 7 units of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S Split Inverter (Hot & Cool) Reversible AC units wall mounted with 12000 BTU (1 Ton) capacity, including evaporating & condensing units with rotary/reciprocating compressor, 3 years compressor warranty (T3 Rating), refrigerant R410. - 500 feet of 22 gauge commercial copper piping (Muller Brand or equivalent) with Aero flex insulation and three core control wire (Pakistan/Pioneer Cable or equivalent), including all necessary fittings and accessories. The technical scope includes supply and installation of inverter type air conditioners with specified electrical and mechanical standards, copper piping with insulation and control wiring, and all associated installation works such as evacuation, nitrogen pressure testing, gas charging, control wiring, and commissioning. Bidders must comply with the detailed technical specifications and provide manufacturer authorization, proof of experience with similar contracts, and maintain an office setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for after-sales service. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, not blacklisted, and provide valid manufacturer authorization. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
