Procurement of Vehicles on Rental Basis for BISE Peshawar

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar invites bids for the procurement of vehicles on a rental basis under an Open Framework Contract. The bidding process will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rules through the e-PADS electronic procurement system, following the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Vehicles on rental basis for secure transportation of confidential examination material Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the e-PADS portal by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the Committee Room of BISE Peshawar. A bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or valid Bank Guarantee in favor of the Secretary, BISE Peshawar, is mandatory and must be uploaded with the bid. The original instrument must be delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the tender number before the deadline. Bids must be computer-typed and printed, quoting prices on a per-day/per-trip basis inclusive of all taxes and duties. Any bids containing cutting, overwriting, or erasing will be rejected. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPRA and FBR and comply with all applicable legal, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
