Tender Description

The District and Sessions Court, Tando Allahyar is procuring a complete E-Library setup for the Chambar Court Building-I located in Taluka Chambar, Sindh. This procurement includes supply and installation of modern IT equipment and furniture to establish a functional digital library environment. The technical scope covers provision of two Intel Core i5, 13th Gen computers with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, each paired with 22-inch LED monitors, keyboards, and mice. Additionally, one HP Laser Jet Printer (35 ppm), one TP-Link router, two compact laminated top tables with mid-back revolving chairs, a 40-inch Smart 4K UHD TCL television, and yearly internet service with law site subscriptions are included. Miscellaneous items such as cabling and setup are also part of the contract. All equipment must conform to required standards and carry a minimum one-year warranty. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with at least two similar completed contracts. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years is required. Technical staff qualification and absence from blacklists are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 11:15 AM on 3rd July 2026. The submission address is the Office of the 2nd Senior Civil Judge, District & Sessions Court, Tando Allahyar. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid price in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Access to Justice Development Fund is required. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 2% of the bid price.
