Tender Description
The District Council Sujawal invites bids for the provision of furniture and installation of solar systems to different government schools of UC Mughalbeen and nearby UCs in Taluka Jati, District Sujawal, Sindh. This procurement is part of the annual development plan for the year 2026-27 and is aimed at improving educational infrastructure and renewable energy access in the region.

- Supply of Wooden Table office Size 5ft x 3ft x 3ft (20 units)
- Supply of Wooden Chairs with Hands for Teachers (20 units)
- Supply of Wooden Dual Desk for School Students (100 units)
- Supply of Steel Almirah with Colour (10 units)
- Providing and fixing Solar Energy Panels Double Glass A-Grade mono imported 220 Watt x 2 = 440 watt (02 Nos of Solar Panel) (20 units)
- A/C D/C Ceiling Fan 56" Inch Size in Superior Quality (02 Nos) (20 units)
- Providing and fixing approved Steel iron frame fixed with 5 nuts and bolts over the Roof (20 units)
- Providing and fixing Solar Controller DC 12 Volt (10 units)
- Electric Board, Copper Wire through Solar Panel and Electric Fitting 12 Volt, Fitting 5 Panel Patti White Color, 12 Volt D.C Bulb & 08 Holders (08 Nos) Room 01 and Room 02 Complete Fitting with all accessories (20 units)
The technical scope includes supply and installation of quality wooden furniture and solar power systems with A-grade imported solar panels, ceiling fans, controllers, and electrical fittings. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer District Council Sujawal at the specified government schools. The contract period is 12 months from the commencement date.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category or exempted for works costing Rs. 2.5 million or less.
