Tender Description
The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) in Faisalabad, Punjab, is procuring five high-performance laptops. These are HP Core Ultra-7 16-inch models, latest generation, equipped with 32 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD in Natural Silver finish. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the computing infrastructure at the 132 kV Grid Station near Agriculture University, Faisalabad.
The technical scope includes supply and delivery of brand new laptops conforming to the specified latest generation HP Core Ultra-7 specifications. The laptops must be delivered within 30 days to the designated location at Faisalabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide relevant certificates of origin, warranty, and inspection reports as required by the procuring agency.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and possess valid NTN and GST numbers. Joint ventures and consortiums are allowed with a maximum of two members, provided they submit a valid Power of Attorney and meet the eligibility criteria. Experience of at least two similar contracts in the last five years is required. Bidders must also submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft.
The submission deadline is Monday, July 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The bid validity period is 120 days.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 well before the deadline and to carefully prepare the bid documents to avoid disqualification. Also, submit the original bid security physically at the specified address before the deadline to comply with the requirements and avoid rejection.
