Purchase of Furniture, IT Equipment, Plant and Machinery for Horticultural Research Center Pattoki

The Horticultural Research Institute, Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad is inviting bids for the purchase of various items under the ADP Project Establishment of Horticultural Research Center Pattoki for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Faisalabad region and is open to well reputed and financially sound firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Executive Table With Side Rack - Office Chair Cushioned - Office Table - Laptop - Computer Along with Accessories (include Printer) - Audio Visual System - Air Conditioner (AC) - Mini Rotavator - Water Dispenser - Electric Chain Saw - Grass cutter with Engine - Cool Incubator The procurement covers three lots: furniture, IT equipment, and plant and machinery. The furniture includes executive tables, office chairs, and office tables. IT equipment includes laptops, computers with accessories including printers, and audio visual systems. Plant and machinery items include air conditioners, mini rotavators, water dispensers, electric chain saws, grass cutters with engines, and cool incubators. The scope involves supply of quality materials suitable for a research center environment. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 2021 and March 6, 2024). Bidders should have NTN, Sales Tax registration, Professional Tax, and Certification on the firm's letter pad. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque at 3% of the estimated cost is required. The bid security must be submitted along with the financial bid both online and as a hard copy. The closing date for submission is **17-08-2026** by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the office of the Chief Scientist, Horticultural Research Institute, AARI, Faisalabad. The Chief Scientist reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
