Purchase of Heifers (Buffalo – Nili Ravi and Cow- Cholistani & Sahiwal Breeds) for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from pre-qualified bidders for the purchase of Heifers (Buffalo – Nili Ravi and Cow- Cholistani & Sahiwal Breeds) under the scheme Empowering Rural Women Through Livestock Support for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Heifers (Buffalo – Nili Ravi breed) - Heifers (Cow – Cholistani breed) - Heifers (Cow – Sahiwal breed) This procurement is conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Department, and must have professional tax certificates for FY 2026-2027. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Director General (Ext) L&DD Department Punjab Lahore. The original bid security must be delivered to the office of the Director General (Ext) L&DD Department Punjab Lahore before the closing date and time.
