Tender Description
The Controller Military Accounts (Karachi Command), Karachi under the Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD) invites sealed bids for the procurement of office and computer stationery for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned with reserved funds and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract titled 'Purchase Of Office & Computer Stationery' with tender reference P72640.

The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurement/72640. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. In compliance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's and Authority's websites (www.ppra.org.pk).
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely registration and submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early registration on EPADS is recommended to resolve any technical issues well before the deadline.
