The Crime Control Department Sargodha Region is inviting bids from well reputed and financially capable firms for the repair, services, and purchase of various items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Sargodha region and covers a wide range of goods and services essential for departmental operations. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous items of Stationary & Computer Stationery - Miscellaneous items Printing & Publication - Miscellaneous items of Others including Bed & Boxes, Tent & Tarpaulin, Dietary/meal Items (Electronic, Electrical, Sanitary, Cleaning etc.) - Miscellaneous items Plant & Machinery & IT Equipment, computer hardware, software - Miscellaneous items of Furniture & Fixture - Spare parts and repair of Government Vehicles/Transport/Parts - Repair of Machinery & Equipment & Furniture Fixture, hardware & equipment miscellaneous items - Repair, maintenance, renovation of Office, Residential and other Buildings The technical scope includes procurement of stationery, printing materials, electronic and electrical items, sanitary and cleaning supplies, IT hardware and software, furniture, vehicle spare parts, machinery repair, and building maintenance. The contract covers a comprehensive range of goods and repair services to support the department’s operational needs. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Firms should have adequate managerial capacity, relevant experience, and must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding process requires submission of Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Punjab. Performance Guarantee equal to 3% of total cost is also mandatory. The closing date for bid submission is **20.08.2026** by 11:00 am, with bids opening at 12:00 pm on the same day through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep).
