Tender Description
The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Karachi is procuring Renewal of Maintenance and Technical Support for its Voice Recording System (VRS) and Allied Components specifically for its treasury function call recording at the Head Office and KDA Office Karachi. This procurement is under the General Services Department, IT Division, and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope includes support for all deployed hardware, software, and licenses to ensure continuous voice recording functionality at both sites. The contract requires a one-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) with 24x7 support and a 4-hour onsite response time.
