Repair of Burnt ISUZU NMR Truck (Model 2024) Non-Consultancy Services

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Administration Directorate) invites bids for the repair of a burnt ISUZU NMR Truck (Model 2024) under reference P92044. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The scope of work includes the complete replacement of the front cabin with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty accessories, full paint of the front cabin (inner and outer), installation of a new battery, new lights, and complete new wiring of the truck. The work will be inspected by a team nominated by FESCO, and payment will be released upon issuance of a satisfactory certificate. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by September 7, 2026, 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include FBR registration, past experience with government or semi-government entities, and compliance with relevant labor codes. A bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The procurement will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
