Eligibility criteria include valid General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number (NTN), and active taxpayer list (ATL) status with FBR. Firms must provide vendor and bank account numbers, a list of clientele, relevant experience, and past performance details related to personnel, machinery, equipment, and plant. An affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper attested by an Oath Commissioner is required, confirming the firm has never been blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government department.
