Repair and Maintenance of Tuff Tiles at Shamshan Ghat Rawalpindi

The Evacuee Trust Property Board Lahore invites sealed bids under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from reputed firms or companies with at least five years of relevant experience. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above and/or enlisted with ETPB in the relevant category, valid for the year 2026-27, for execution of the specified works. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Tuff Tiles at Shamshan Ghat, Rawalpindi The scope includes repair and maintenance works involving Tuff Tiles at the specified site in Rawalpindi. Bidders should ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours on or before 03-09-2026 upon submission of a written application on firm's letterhead along with attested copies of CNIC, ATL certificate of FBR, and PEC license or ETPB enlistment. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of ETP Board, Lahore. Bids in sealed envelopes should be dropped in the tender box at the office of the Executive Engineer on 04-09-2026 before 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
