This tender requires bidders to submit their bids under the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Firms must have a complete setup including own workshop, technical experts, and past experience supported by documentary evidence. Earnest money in the form of pay order or bank draft is required at 5% of the bid value, refundable as per terms.
The last date for bid submission is 5th August 2026 with closing times staggered for each item: 12:30 pm for vehicle repair, 1:30 pm for others, and 2:30 pm for stationery. Bids will be opened on the same day after closing times. The submission address is the Assistant Commissioner Office Danyore.

Also, prepare financial bids carefully to avoid rejection due to abnormally high or low pricing. Timely submission before the closing time is critical to participate in this tender.
