The Punjab Highway Department invites tenders from qualified engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for restoration works on road cuts. Items being procured: - Restoration of road cut for laying of 6 inch diameter pipeline x 1.50 Km from Proposed TBS Muhammad Ali Chowk to opposite PSO Pump Jand Islamabad - Restoration of road cut for laying of Optical Fiber PTCL from PTCL Exchange to Takber Colony Chowk on Kamra road Length = 3.40 Km Tehsil & District Attock The scope includes careful restoration of the road cut to ensure durability and compliance with departmental standards. The completion period for each work is 3 months. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit earnest money in the form of CDR as per PPRA rules. Performance security of 10% of the bid amount is required within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance. The tender process is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System, and all bids must be submitted electronically before the deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with PPRA rules.
