Procurement and Installation of RFID/Biometric-Based Entrance Access Control System for Students' Hostels at LUAWMS

Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS) Procurement Department in Uthal, Balochistan, is inviting bids for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of an RFID/Biometric-Based Entrance Access Control System for the students' hostels. The system includes stainless steel turnstiles, multi-biometric terminals with anti-spoofing features, centralized software with multi-admin capabilities, and robust power backup solutions. Site works include civil, electrical, and networking tasks to ensure a fully functional and integrated access control system. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with NTN and GST, have relevant experience with at least two assignments of Rs. 0.7 million or one assignment of Rs. 1.4 million in the last three years, demonstrate financial capacity with audited documents or bank statements, and provide a bid security of 2% of the total bid value. Bidders must also agree to all terms and conditions, including delivery within the stipulated period and warranty provisions.
