Roof Treatment Works of 3x Hostels (Zainab, Fatima-II & Fatima-IV) at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the Roof Treatment Works of three hostels: Zainab, Fatima-II, and Fatima-IV located at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference P85279. Items being procured: - Roof Treatment Works of Fatima II Hostel including demolition of single tiling and PCC, removal of mud, demolition of plain cement concrete, elastomeric cementitious waterproofing coating, PCC flooring, RCC laying, supply and fixing of deformed bars, terrazzo flooring, marble patty strips, chemical polishing, u-PVC soil and waste pipes, cement plaster, galvanized steel sheets, polyurethane waterproofing, and filling building joints with polyurethane sealant. - Roof Treatment Works of Fatima IV Hostel with similar scope and items as Fatima II Hostel. - Roof Treatment Works of Zainab Hostel including demolition, removal of mud, loading materials, elastomeric cementitious waterproofing coating, PCC flooring, RCC laying, supply and fixing of deformed bars, terrazzo flooring, marble patty strips, chemical polishing, u-PVC soil and waste pipes, cement plaster, galvanized steel sheets, polyurethane waterproofing, and filling building joints with polyurethane sealant. The technical scope covers comprehensive roof treatment including demolition, surface preparation, waterproofing, flooring, and joint sealing works executed in occupied buildings at the NUST campus. The contractor must ensure minimum disturbance to university operations and comply with all quality, safety, and workmanship standards as specified. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, submission of Rs 3,000 tender fee, 2% bid security, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 02:00 PM on September 1, 2026, with bid opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract duration is 150 days with a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price.
