Safe Handling, Loading, Unloading and Transportation of HT/LT Structures in Tehsil Rawalpindi, Kallar, Kahuta under Cantt Construction Division IESCO Rawalpindi

The Islamabad Electric Supply Co. (IESCO) (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of works related to the safe handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of HT/LT structures in Tehsil Rawalpindi, Kallar, and Kahuta within the jurisdiction of Cantt Construction Division IESCO Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. The scope includes collection from designated IESCO stores, construction of foundations, erection of HT/LT structure poles of various heights (58', 45', 36', 31'), installation of earthing arrangements, earth rods, and fixing of stay sets as per WAPDA specifications and drawings. Items being procured: - Collection and handling of HT Structure Pole 58' with foundation and back filling (60 units) - Collection and handling of HT Structure Pole 45' with foundation and back filling (55 units) - Collection and handling of HT Structure Pole 36' with foundation size 610x610x1981mm (75 units) - Collection and handling of LT Steel Structure Pole 9.49m (31 ft) with foundation size 508x508x1829mm (90 units) - Installation of earthing arrangements for HT/LT structures (340 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on double structure/poles (50 units) - Installation of earthing arrangements for distribution transformers on single structure/poles (36 units) - Installation and fixing of stay sets complete (110 units) The technical scope covers safe handling, loading, unloading, transportation, installation, erection, concreting, back filling, earthing of transformers and HT/LT structures, and fixing of stay rods as per WAPDA SDI standards. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with NTDC Lahore, FBR (NTN and GST active status), and Punjab Revenue Authority. Financial capability must be demonstrated with a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost and audited financial statements for the last three years. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory.
