Supply of Security Uniforms, Bearings, Helical Bevel Gear Units, Electrical Items, Trash Removing Trolleys, and Motor Repair at Chashma Hydel Power Station

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Resident Engineer at Chashma Hydel Power Station, Chashma District Mianwali, invites electronic bids on a full cash security (FCS) basis from bona fide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for supply and repair works at the Chashma Hydel Power Station site. Items being procured: - Supply of Security Uniform for Security Staff - Supply of Different Types of Bearings - Supply of Helical Bevel Gear Unit and Spur Gearing Brake Motor for TRCM - Supply of Electrical Items for Repair and Maintenance of CHP Colony - Supply of Trash Removing Trolleys - Repair/Rewinding of Miscellaneous Motors The technical scope covers supply of specialized mechanical and electrical items along with repair services for motors, ensuring operational efficiency at the power station. The contract duration for all items is 120 days. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of CDR as specified against each tender and submit electronic bids via EPADS before the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened sequentially on 18th August 2026 at 1400 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, inclusion on the ATL of FBR, and relevant experience in supplying or repairing the listed items. PEC category requirements are implied for mechanical and electrical works. The closing date for submission is 18th August 2026 by 1330 hours, with bid opening at 1400 hours. Bids must reach the office of the Resident Engineer, HPS Chashma, before the deadline.
