Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department District Swabi invites sealed tenders through EPADS for solarization works of mosques in Tehsil Razzar. The procurement is funded from Tobacco cess under ADP No. 250730. Items being procured:
- Solarization of Mosques at Mama Jee Korona, Muhammad Shah Ayub Khan Killi and Madrassa Sadique Akbar Parmoli Tehsil Razzar (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million)
- Solarization of Mosques Masjid Langer Khail, Meta Khail and Masjid Khuzifa (Nazar Lar) Tehsil Razzar (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.87 Million)
- Solarization of Mosques Masjid Liaqat Korona Yarhussain and Masjid Main Adda Yarhussain (Hazrat Salman Farsi) Tehsil Razzar (Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.87 Million)
The scope includes complete solarization works at the specified mosques in Tehsil Razzar, District Swabi. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS by the deadline. The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is 21st September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening at 1:30 PM the same day.
Technical bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and comply with all mandatory criteria as per the original SBD published on EPADS. The tender form fee is non-refundable and must be placed in the technical proposal. Contractors quoting bids below or above certain thresholds must provide additional security as specified. All material testing will be performed at the contractor's cost. Registration with KPRA and valid FBR Active Taxpayer status is mandatory.
