Supply of Cooked Food to Trainees of Sindh Prisons Staff Training Institute Hyderabad for Year 2026-2027

Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service Hyderabad invites bids for the supply of cooked food to trainees of Sindh Prisons Staff Training Institute Hyderabad for the year 2026-2027. The contract covers daily supply of three meals (breakfast, mid-day, and evening) according to the prescribed weekly diet menu and scale for trainees from BPS-05 to BPS-15 and BPS-16 & above. The supply includes special diet during the month of Ramzan and other special days. Items being procured: - Cooked food three times daily (breakfast, mid-day, evening) for trainees (BPS-05 to BPS-15 and BPS-16 & above) - Special diet during Ramzan (Sehri and Aftari meals) - Weekly diet menu including items such as paratha, chicken curry, daals, vegetables, pulao, eggs, kheer, and seasonal fruits The contract requires the contractor to provide hygienic, wholesome, and standardized cooked food prepared in the institute's kitchen with all utilities and utensils provided by the contractor. The contractor must maintain stocks of dietary items, ensure quality checks by the institute's medical officer, and comply with Sindh Food Authority regulations. The contractor must have at least three years of catering experience, valid registrations with Income Tax, GST, Sindh Food Authority, and Sindh Revenue Board, and submit a bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 21-09-2026 at 12:00 noon. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The contract period is from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Performance security of 3% of contract value is required from the successful bidder. The contractor must ensure all labor laws, safety, hygiene, and security clearances are met. The contract is non-transferable and rates are fixed for the contract period. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid document, ensure submission of all mandatory documents, and verify their bid status on the E-PADS portal.
