Supply of Deadend Clamps (Osprey and Dog) for MEPCO Regional Stores

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the supply of distribution material specifically Deadend Clamps (Osprey and Dog) for its regional stores on FCS basis at consignee's store (FCS) at Regional Stores Multan. Items being procured: - Deadend Clamp (Osprey) PD-73:2004, Quantity: 8084 Nos. - Deadend Clamp (Dog) (Amended to-date), Quantity: 25000 Nos. The quoted rates must be in local currency inclusive of all taxes, duties and exclusive of GST. Bidding documents with detailed terms, procurement procedure, bid submission, bid security, validity, and evaluation criteria are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 portal (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register and submit documents on EPADS. Bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director (Procurement), MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Electronic bids shall be opened half an hour after bid submission time using EPADS 2.0. Manual bids are not accepted. Bid security in original form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order & Bid Guarantee) issued by scheduled banks in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with tender number and title before the E-BID submission deadline. Copies of bid security must be attached with the E-BID. Conditional tenders will be rejected. This tender requires bidders to have valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. Earnest money and bid security must comply with tender documents. The submission deadline is on 21 September 2026 at 10:00 Hrs, and bids will be opened at 10:30 Hrs on the same day at MEPCO Complex, Wapda Colony Khanewal Road, Multan.
