Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment to Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of fire fighting equipment. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 platform using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Chemical Foam Type Trolley Mounted (220 units, 10 Gallon) - Fire Extinguisher Foam Type (137 units, 10 Liter) - Fire Extinguisher Dry Powder ABC Type (100 units) - Sand Stand with bucket (1 unit, 6 No. in Stand) - Sand Container with Shovel (150 units) - Chemical Foam Type (140 units, 2 Gallon) - CO2 type (70 units, 20+20 KG) - CO2 type (200 units, 5-7 KG) - CO2 type (70 units, 20 KG) - Chemical Dry Powder Type ABC (70 units) The scope includes delivery of all items free of cost to the GEPCO warehouse in Wazirabad. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and submit bid guarantees as specified. Bid security must be submitted in original before e-bid submission deadline. Only equipment with valid type test reports from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
