Supply of Hybrid Seeds including Maize, Paddy, Sorghum, Vegetable and Gourds

Punjab Seed Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible local and international breeders, manufacturers, authorized suppliers and registered seed importers for supply of hybrid seed for the 2027 marketing by PSC and sowing seasons. The procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive International Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Items being procured: - Hybrid Maize Seed (50 MT) - Hybrid Paddy Seed - Coarse Grain (20 MT) - Hybrid Sorghum-Sudan Grass (SSG) Seed (100 MT) - Oira (F1) Hybrid Seed (1 MT) - Bitter Gourd (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.3 MT) - Bottle Gourd (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.5 MT) - Brinjal (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.04 MT) The scope includes supply of high-quality hybrid seeds suitable for commercial cultivation and marketing in Pakistan. Bidders must ensure that each offered hybrid is lawfully approved, registered, or enlisted for commercial use and must demonstrate possession of required breeder, importer, and marketing authorizations. Bidders may bid for one or more lots but must cover 100% quantity of each lot. Partial lot bids are non-responsive unless expressly permitted. The complete bidding document is available without fee through the PPRA website, Punjab e-Procurement System platform, and PSC website. Bids must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System platform by or before the deadline. Eligibility requires valid registrations, compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, and submission of bid security as specified. The bid security amounts range from Rs. 64,000 to Rs. 800,000 depending on the lot. The last date for bid submission is **September 30, 2026**. Bidders should carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely electronic submission. Manual or hand submissions are not allowed.
