Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply and installation of a Meeting Room Management System at multiple floors of PSOH building.
Items being procured:
- Meeting Room Management System for 3rd Floor
- Meeting Room Management System for 5th Floor
- Meeting Room Management System for 6th Floor
- Meeting Room Management System for 7th Floor
- Meeting Room Management System for 9th Floor
The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the system across the specified floors of PSOH Karachi. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide after-sales support.
Eligibility criteria include registration on SAP Ariba Portal, relevant experience, and financial soundness. Bids will be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba only.
Key dates are as follows: Bid documents collection is open from 03-08-2026 to 18-08-2026 between 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. Bid submission deadline is 18-08-2026 till 02:15 PM. Bid opening will commence on 18-08-2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. The commercial bid opening date will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders.
Bidders are advised to register on SAP Ariba Portal in advance to avoid last-minute issues. Ensure all bid documents are complete and submitted before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
