Tender Description
The National Logistic Cell (NLC) based in Rawalpindi is procuring a comprehensive range of printing materials for its Printing Press located at Mandra, Rawalpindi. This procurement covers a wide variety of items including acid khatta, art cards, ball point pens, blades for cutters, blankets for machines, various types of paper such as carbonless, fancy, and premier paper, inks of different colors, stapler machines and pins, tapes, and other essential stationery and printing supplies. The scope includes delivery and installation of all items with prices quoted on a FOR Rawalpindi/Mandra basis. The firm must ensure timely delivery within 10 days of purchase order issuance and provide free replacement for any rejected materials as per the inspection by the board of officers.
Eligible bidders must be authorized dealers or resellers with sustained financial capability. They must submit a tender fee of Rs 2,000 and a bid security of Rs 100,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft. Compliance with FBR registration and active tax filer status is mandatory. Firms must also provide a notarized affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted and accept all tender conditions. The technical bid should include samples of each quoted item, and the financial offer must be submitted on the firm's letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized executive. The validity of the quoted prices is one year from the date of Letter of Intent.
The tender submission deadline is 8th June 2026, with the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 1st June 2026 at the HQ NLC Conference Room, Harding Road, Rawalpindi. Bids can be submitted by hand or post but must be dropped in the tender box before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all items listed in the BOQ are quoted as partial bids will be rejected. Also, submitting complete and properly signed documentation will avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase.
