Supply and Procurement of Water Bowser Capacity 5500 Liters at PMDC Salt Mines Warcha

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites electronic bids for the supply and procurement of a water bowser with a capacity of 5500 liters at its Salt Mines site in Warcha, District Khushab, Punjab. This procurement is specifically for a water bowser measuring 10 x 4 x 6 feet with front tire movement, designed to meet the operational needs of the PMDC Salt Mines. The technical scope includes the supply of a water bowser constructed with a main channel frame double with hook size diameter 3 inches, a bowser plate thickness of 3 mm SS 304, square bars for front and rear, specific bearing sizes, tires with tubes, a water filling pump powered by a diesel petrol engine of 6.5 HP, and heavy-duty rims for tires. The delivery and completion period is within 8 to 12 weeks after issuance of the supply order, with delivery at the PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax/Income Department, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) if applicable. They should have at least three years of relevant experience in supply or work related to water bowsers. Proof of experience and work orders must be attached. Financial soundness is required, supported by certified bank statements covering the last 12 months. Bidders must also provide an earnest money deposit (bid security) and a security deposit of 10% of the total value, refundable after successful completion of a one-year warranty period. The tender submission deadline is 3rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the PMDC Head Office in Islamabad. Bidders should submit their bids electronically via EPADS and also provide the original bid security before the deadline. The tender will be awarded on a least cost basis to technically responsive bidders.
