Supply and Repair of HT/LT Coils and LT Copper Wire for Distribution Transformers

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites qualified manufacturers and suppliers registered on E-PADs 2.0 Version and active on the FBR ATL for the supply and repair of HT/LT coils and LT copper wire for distribution transformers in Quetta. The procurement is specifically for the Transformer Reclamation Workshop QESCO Quetta and includes supply of HT/LT coils, LT copper wire, and repair of LT coils for 200 KVA routine and low loss damaged distribution transformers. The technical scope covers supply and repair work for transformers of various capacities including 200 KVA, 100 KVA, 50 KVA, and allied materials for damaged distribution transformers. The contractor must be registered with PEC, holding Code ME-05 certification duly verified by the Engineering Council Quetta, with validity renewed for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Experience of at least two years in manufacturing HT/LT coils with single or three-phase motors as per WAPDA standards is mandatory. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the E-PADs 2.0 system before the deadline of 20th July 2026 at 10:00 AM. A hard copy of the bidding documents along with bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee must also reach the office of the Deputy Manager Transformer Workshop QESCO Quetta by the same deadline. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their PEC registration and ME-05 certification are up to date and properly verified by the Engineering Council Quetta before submission.
