Tender Description
The District & Sessions Judge Kohat is procuring a diverse range of items for official use including stationery, protective cloth envelopes, computer hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, as well as the establishment of a virtual court and access point at Tehsil Lachi Courts. This procurement covers multiple lots and requires suppliers to provide goods with standard warranty and after-sale services as per manufacturer terms. The procurement is based in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and invites well reputed and registered firms to participate.
The technical scope includes supply of detailed items as per specifications available in the bidding documents obtainable from the office of B&AA District & Sessions Judge Kohat. The supply must meet quality standards and be defect free. The successful bidders are required to supply items within 15 days of the supply order. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope and single stage two envelope procedure depending on the lot.
