Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the supply of wiring and T&P materials along with IT equipment for 132 KV Grid Stations located in Faisalabad and Sargodha. The procurement includes the following items: - Supply of wiring material for 132 KV Grid Station Rasool Pura (Bandala-II) - Supply of T&P material for 132 KV Grid Station Rasool Pura (Bandala-II) - Supply of wiring material for 132 KV Grid Station Silanwali Road, Sargodha - Supply of T&P material for 132 KV Grid Station Silanwali Road, Sargodha - Supply of I.T Equipment's (01 No. Desktop Computer and 05 No. HP Printers) (Up-to date version) The delivery period for all items is 30 days. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligibility criteria include successful completion of at least two similar contracts within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs, with cumulative contract value exceeding 40% of the quoted cost. Bidders must also provide income tax returns for the last three years, valid sales tax registration from Punjab Revenue Authority or Federal Board of Revenue, and demonstrate an average annual turnover of half the quoted amount. Bid security of 5% of the estimated amount is required along with original bid security instrument submission before the online bid deadline.
