Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of a high-end Ultrasound Machine (Colour Doppler) at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, Punjab. The procurement falls under Medical & Surgical Supplies and Electronics & Appliances categories, targeting advanced diagnostic equipment for PAC Hospital Kamra.
The scope includes a digital colour doppler ultrasound system with 2D, 3D, 4D modes, Dicom compatibility, and AI tools. The machine must support a wide frequency range from 2 MHz to 22 MHz, with advanced imaging features such as Tissue Harmonic Imaging, Power Doppler, and Triplex mode. It includes multiple probes for abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, vascular, and musculoskeletal applications, along with accessories like a B/W printer and UPS. The system requires a 23 to 28 inch TFT/LED monitor, touch command screen, and storage capacity of 500 to 1000 GB SSD. Delivery is expected within 8 to 12 weeks after contract signing, with free installation, commissioning, and training at PAC premises.
Bidders must comply with ISO 13485 standards and provide a two-year warranty. OEM conformance certificates, authorized distributor certificates, and country of origin certifications (FDA, CE, or MHLW) are mandatory. The equipment must be factory new with OEM standardized packing and labeling. Calibration and spare support for at least ten years after sale are required. Inspection will be conducted by the EME section of PAC Hospital, and warranty certificates will be verified. The tender demands strict adherence to technical specifications and submission of all required documents including bid security and bank guarantees.
Ensure your firm is registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the fiscal year 2025-26. PEC registration and compliance with all tax and legal requirements are essential. The tender validity extends to 30 June 2026, and bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before 1030 Hrs on 17 March 2026. The technical and commercial bids will be opened at 1100 Hrs on the same day at the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra.
