Tender Description
Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category in accordance with the applicable PEC Bye-laws, and registered with the relevant tax and regulatory authorities.
Items being procured:
- Upgradation of Sahulat Bazaar Kahna (Lump-sum) with PEC Category C-4 and above, Estimated Cost Rs. 176.74 Million, Bid Security Rs. 8,500,000
- Supply, Provision and Installation of RO Plants in Sahulat Bazaars across Punjab (Framework) with PEC Category C-6 and above, Estimated Cost Rs. 15.09 Million, Bid Security Rs. 750,000
The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended from time to time) using Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) Bidding procedure and executed through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Tender documents are available at PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) websites. Separate Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website by 28.08.2026 by or before 09:30 AM. Bidders must ensure uploading the Bid on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) Portal well before the submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied with Bid Security as prescribed under PPRA rules.
Eligibility includes PEC category C-4 and above for upgradation and C-6 and above for RO plant supply, valid FBR registration, and compliance with tax and regulatory authorities. Earnest Money and Bid Security must be submitted as per rules.
The pre-bid meeting will be held on 21.08.2026 at 11:00 AM at the designated venue. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission through the e-portal. Late bids will not be accepted.
