Supply of Walk Through Metal Detector Gate and Industrial Heat Blower for Transformer Workshop Material

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites E-Bids for procurement of transformer workshop material on FCS basis at Regional Stores Multan. The quoted rates must be in local currency without involving foreign exchange and inclusive of all taxes, duties but exclusive of GST. Items being procured: - Walk through Metal Detector Gate for Security (5 Nos) - Industrial Heat Blower (5 Nos) The procurement procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelope for the Industrial Heat Blower and Single Stage for the Metal Detector Gate. Bidding documents are available on EPADS Version 2.0 portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk/). Interested eligible bidders must register and submit their E-Bids electronically on EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director (Procurement) MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the bid submission deadline. Bid security/guarantee must be submitted in original form as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan. The bid envelope must be clearly marked with tender number and title before submission. This tender requires bidders to have relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money as specified in bidding documents must be provided. The submission deadline is 21-09-2026 at 1100 Hrs for the Metal Detector Gate and 1115 Hrs for the Industrial Heat Blower.
