Widening of Shingle Road from KKH to Paidandass Both Side Juglote Gilgit

The Gilgit-Baltistan Communication & Works Department invites sealed tenders for the widening of shingle road from KKH to Paidandass both side Juglote Gilgit (remaining) in Gilgit city. This work is open to eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category/code valid up to 31st August, 2026. Items being procured: - Widening of shingle road from KKH to Paidandass both side Juglote Gilgit (remaining) The technical scope includes road widening works involving shingle road surface improvements along the specified route. The site is located in Gilgit and the project is managed by the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit. Bidders must have PEC valid registration up to 31st August 2026 in Category C-06 or above, renewal fee for FY 2026-27, CNIC of the prospective bidder, and bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan clearly mentioning the name of the contractor/firm. No sick scheme or litigation certificates issued by Chief Engineer C&WD Gilgit Baltistan are allowed. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit upon submission of a written application and production of original documents personally for the specific work. The tender will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time on 3rd September 2026 at 1:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including Earnest Money in the shape of CDR and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Joint ventures are allowed only if the lead and associate partner are mentioned in the partnership deed. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per GB PRRA rules. In case of public or local holidays or surprise engagement, the tender opening will be deferred to the next working day.
