The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP Nara Branch (0807) RO Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Reinforced cement concrete works (walls, beams, slabs) - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work - Plaster work - PCC flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles (various types and finishes) - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting and thresholds - Glass doors and partitions - Wooden doors and partitions - Internal and external painting - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling and wooden false ceiling - Aluminum windows and louvers - Roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, planters, and trash bins - Cash counters and wooden drawers - Termite proofing - Repair of aluminum windows - Tough tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall - Roof treatment and screeding - Plumbing fixtures and water supply system - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system - External sewer and manholes - Office furniture including branch manager table, office tables, credenza, drawer pedestal, CPU trolley, revolving and visitor chairs, sofas, center and side tables, reception counter - Electrical wiring and fittings including LED lights, fans, power sockets, industrial sockets, cable containment, floor and technological boxes, pull boxes - Data, voice and TV wiring - Distribution boards and internal components - Security system wiring and devices - Earthing system - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Sign board work - Air conditioning units (inverter type, various capacities) The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing works as per detailed BOQs and technical specifications. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR ATL and Punjab Revenue Authority, and to have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 150 days with a bid validity of 359 days. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately as per instructions. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
